Welcome to GoodNight ("we," "our," "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the application.

We retain account and profile information, favorites, listening history, check-in activity, feedback, and subscription or promotional-access records for as long as your account remains active and as needed to provide the App.

When you request deletion of your account and personal data, we will delete or anonymize that data from our active systems within 30 days after verifying your request. Limited information may be retained longer when required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, or maintain security. Residual copies in encrypted backups may remain for up to 90 days before being overwritten through our normal backup cycle and are not used for ordinary business purposes.

7. How to Request Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Send the request from the email address associated with your GoodNight account and include your account email address or username so we can identify the correct account.

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request. After verification, we will delete or anonymize your account and associated personal data, including your profile, favorites, listening history, check-ins, feedback, and promotional-access records, subject to the limited retention exceptions described above. We will confirm when the request has been completed, normally within 30 days.
